主料:鸡胸(300g)
辅料:花生米,大葱
调料:姜,蒜,干辣椒,花椒,油,盐,辣椒面,糖,醋,酱油,料酒, 上浆,玉米粉,勾芡,生粉
Steps:
- 葱姜蒜切片,一部分泡葱姜水,
- 切鸡胸,放入葱姜水, 料酒,生抽(1勺),盐, 玉米粉(2勺),腌制20mins,
- 酱汁: 葱姜水(2勺),料酒(1勺)+酱油(1勺)+盐,糖(2勺),醋(1勺),淀粉(1勺),
- 小火炒花椒,之后,干辣椒,鸡丁,鸡丁熟后,放入辣椒面,sauce, vinegar, peanuts
一斤等于16两,一两等于十钱,1钱=10分
